The ministry is expected to open branches as people continues to hear the word of God taken to them by ministry members.The branches will be under the umbrella o Pure Love For Christ Ministry.No branch will be opened without a trained pastor who is also expected to follow the constitution of the umbrella.The decision to open a branch is always from the headquarter.The pastor must have theological knowledge and also lead by the Holy Spirit to be allowed to pastor in any church.
The ministry treats people equally.This makes the ministry to ordain both men and women as pastors.We belief in the priesthood of all believers.No difference in ministering the word of God in the church and either male or female can do it.Those who would like to be pastors must go to pentecostal theological colleges to qualify.
The ministry expects to buy a piece of land to built a sanctuary.A piece of land in the are costs Ksh 800,000 where a sanctuary of about 400 people can be built.To put a temporary sanctuary it will cost about Ksh 500,000 while a permanent one may cost up to Ksh 2,000,000.In total the cash needed adds up to Ksh 3,300,000 which is equivalent to $ 37,000 today.This is the current vision of development if God can bless us with a founder.Some Churches and christian organizations abroad have also been giving the ministry free books which are given not only to the members of the ministry but also other faithful of other denominations like the PEFA Dandora Phase 1[All Nations Gospel Church].We expect the ministry to grow rapidly more and more in this area of learning.The pastor and the members prayer is that God is going to provide a foundation or any organization that will help us to put up this structure.
All departments will work hand in hand for the growth of the ministry.There is an English proverb that says ,'unity is strength'.Opinions of each member in every department is highly respected.Leaders in these departments are servants and so they respect every person.Departments are represented in the board and departments meetings by their office bearers.
