When we speak about sex, everybody whether a Christian or not is eager to hear what is all about. This is because it concerns two persons blood mixing together.Sex was created by God and He made no mistake by doing it. God intended sex to serve good purpose. Instead of what God created it to serve, people have created other issues to serve for sex.The best for sex is what God planned and anything apart from that is not godly even if it is ethically right. This I know raises lot of questions from many who want to create their own ways. I want to remind you that I am a Pastor who speaks the word of God the way Holy Spirit guides me without any compromise. I will base my argument and interpretation using the Bible.
At this juncture, I raise the question,’ who do you have sex with?'Is it your husband or you wife? Is it a friend just to enjoy yourself? Is it a wife or a husband of your friend? Is it a relative? Is it a commercial sex worker? Is it your parent or your child? Is it a same sex partner? Is it with animals? Is it sex by self?
WHO THEN DO YOU HAVE SEX WITH AS A CHRISTIAN?
Sex is godly but we make it ungodly. When we immediately go out of the word of God, we miss the point of what God's purpose for sex was. What kind of sex qualifies you to get a credit before Go
God created Adam and created Eve. He did not create another Adam for sex but neither did He create another Eve. God created the two and united them to be one body. Its amazing to see creating their way of sex to satisfy themselves Paul, in1Cor 7 teaches us about sex.He says you are only required to have sex with only the man or woman legally married to you and nobody else. You are needed to organize together as a husband and wife, come to an agreement and then go ahead. The reason for talking to one another about it is because you must put the devil out of your marriage where as if you don't he will tempt you through lack of self control. According to the word of God, He created sex to be for married couples. The first couple was Adam and Eve who were male and female. It was a very organized institution organized by God Himself. According to His word you are not supposed to have sex with somebody else who is not legally married to you. No going out of the marriage office what so ever.
You can read about the first marriage in Genesis 2:15-25.Jesus in the New Testament spoke about marriage after some Pharisees Him about divorce. He answered them in Mark 10:5 why Moses allowed divorce. It was not the will of Moses to allow it BUT Jews had forced him through their had heart. He later in the net verse explains the intention of god for two who becomes one .He refused divorce and refused anyone to remarry after divorce. According to Jesus, when you marry you have tied a knot that no one can untie. You can not go out of your wife; you can not go out of your husband. No sex outside marriage.Divorce to touch where many of you want me to touch is about when you are qualified for it. Listen, only when one of the married couple has sex outside marriage and there are witnesses about it, BUT no permission to remarry. This may be Jesus meant you look for a way to unite so that you continue with your normal life with your partner.
Where am I heading to because this is not a topic about divorce but sex? Many Christians have ignored the word of God and comes up with their own plans of sex satisfaction which is contrary to the word of God. God never created pre-marital sex, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism, prostitution and all other sought of sex satisfaction that you can think. For a Christian, only to your husband and to your wife is credited by by God for you to have sex with.
Before I end this, I want to leave you with a thought about all this. Adam and Eve fall was before they had any child. The question comes in,’what was in God’s mind before their fall about procreation? Why didn’t not have a child before the fall? What duration had they stayed together as husband and wife before the fall? How old was Adam before eve was created and how long had they stayed together before the fall? I ask these questions taking to consideration that God’s word’s of Peter that a day before God is like a thousand years and thousand years before God is like one day.
